You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your use of the Service does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Content generated using our AI models may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users. AI-generated content should be reviewed and used responsibly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
